Preparing the low-carb sponge mixture
- Separate the eggs and beat the whites until stiff.
- Blend the egg yolks with your sugar until foamy, mix in the rest of the ingredients and then fold into the egg whites
- Line a round cake tin with baking paper and grease the sides.
- Pour in the mixture and smooth it down.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 10 minutes, then let it cool.
