We recommend that you take one sachet as a portion for one meal. However, if you are very hungry and would like to eat two portions, you can of course do so. Just make sure that you add the right amount of water for two portions (e.g. 2 x 65g + 2 x 180ml water).
Of course you can! The products are very well balanced in their macros, so you can eat them on a non-workout/rest day.
We recommend preparing Fuel only when you're ready to eat. It's very easy and fast, and the best taste and consistency is guaranteed only when freshly made.
