1. For around 4 pancakes, put 80g pancake mix (approx. 8 tablespoons) in a bowl. Add 150ml cold water.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Ladle the batter into a greased, hot pan. We recommend using coconut oil instead of butter.
4. As soon as the pancakes are golden on both sides, eat them hot with your favourite toppings.

Very lacklustre and do not cook at all as expected
I followed the cooking instructions on the tin (including greased pan with a bit of coconut oil), but unfortunately, every single pancake I tried to make got stuck to my non-stick cooking pan. They were very hard to flip and difficult to remove. Although the taste itself was not bad, they did not fluff up in texture at all. Every single pancake I got was very flat, torn from sticking to the pan, crunchy in the thinner spots and surprisingly dry. I spent more time cleaning the stuck pancake off my pan than eating the pancakes. I have made perfectly fluffy buttermilk pancakes from scratch in the past using the same pan, so I have no idea why this mix sticks to the pan the way it does. After I finish the tin, I will not purchase it again. I prefer to go back to making conventional buttermilk pancakes from scratch that are fluffy, moist and don't stick to my pan.
Really good, I struggled to make them on fry pan so I gave a try with a waffle maker and... this is absolutely beyond good. I also added some cinnamon to the mix and protein cream on top.
And now let me tell you something, the flavour is absolutely beyond top
